1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mosque ERP SaaS, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Service Description

Mosque ERP SaaS provides a comprehensive management platform for Mosques (Mahals), including but not limited to financial management, member records, property management, and Madrasa academic tracking.

3. Account Responsibility

Mosque administrators are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Any activity occurring under a mosque's account is the sole responsibility of that mosque's governing body.

4. Proper Use

Users agree to use the platform only for lawful mosque management purposes. Prohibited activities include:

  • Unauthorized access to other tenants' data.
  • Uploading malicious software or code.
  • Misuse of financial tracking for fraudulent activities.

5. Subscription & Payments

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless specified otherwise. Failure to maintain a valid subscription may result in limited access to platform features.

6. Data Ownership

The Mosque (Tenant) remains the sole owner of all data entered into the platform. Mosque ERP SaaS acts only as a service provider and data processor. Upon termination of service, mosques may request a backup of their data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Mosque ERP SaaS shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including data loss or financial discrepancies caused by user error.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in activities that harm the platform's integrity or reputation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service provider is registered. Any disputes shall be settled in the appropriate courts of said jurisdiction.
