Shipping & Delivery Policy

01 Service Delivery (Digital)

Mosque ERP provides Software as a Service (SaaS). As our products are purely digital, there is no physical shipping involved for standard subscriptions.

Upon successful payment of a subscription, access to the platform and its features is granted immediately. Users will receive an automated confirmation email with their account details and an electronic invoice.

02 Physical Goods (If Applicable)

In rare cases where physical items (such as NFC ID cards, printed registers, or hardware devices) are ordered:

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
• Delivery is handled by reputable courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, or DTDC).
• Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days across India.
• Tracking details will be provided via SMS and Email once the order is dispatched.

03 Delivery Charges

Subscription services have no delivery charges. For physical products, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and weight of the items.

04 International Shipping

Currently, physical shipping is limited to India. However, our digital SaaS platform is accessible globally to all authenticated users.
