01 General Overview

At Mosque ERP, we strive to ensure our community members and mahal administrations are satisfied with our services. As a SaaS (Software as a Service) provider, our primary offerings are digital subscriptions and donation processing services.

02 Subscription Refunds

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscription plans. If you are not satisfied with our platform within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. Please note:

  • Refunds are only applicable to the first payment of a new subscription.
  • Renewal payments are non-refundable but can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges.
  • Add-on services (like SMS credits or custom domain setup) are non-refundable once activated.

03 Donation Refunds

Donations made through the Mosque ERP platform to specific Mahals, Charities, or Funds are generally non-refundable as they are voluntary contributions to religious and charitable causes.

However, if a donation was made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction or incorrect amount), the donor must contact the respective Mahal administration within 48 hours. Mosque ERP will facilitate the technical reversal if approved by the recipient institution.

04 Refund Process

To request a refund, please email support@mosqueerp.com with your transaction ID and reason for the request. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment source (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Account) as per standard banking procedures in India.

05 Statutory Compliance

This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and relevant RBI guidelines for digital payments.
