Last Updated: May 13, 2026

01 Commitment

Mosque ERP is committed to the highest standards of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) protocols. We strictly adhere to the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002 of India and global standards set by the Financial Action Task Force (FATF).

02 Know Your Customer (KYC)

To prevent illicit financial activities, all institutions (Mahals, Masjids, Charities) using our platform for financial collections must undergo a mandatory KYC verification process. This includes:

  • Verification of institutional registration (Waqf Board, Society Act, etc.)
  • Identity and address verification of authorized signatories (PAN, Aadhaar).
  • Valid bank account proof linked to the registered institution.

03 Transaction Monitoring

We employ automated risk-based monitoring systems to identify suspicious transaction patterns, including unusual large-volume donations or rapid multi-source transfers. We reserve the right to freeze transactions or accounts pending further investigation or reporting to the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU-IND).

04 Reporting Obligations

Mosque ERP will cooperate with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. In compliance with the law, we may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the user/institution involved.

05 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from using the platform for:

  • Concealing the origin of illicit funds.
  • Facilitating transactions for banned or sanctioned individuals/groups.
  • Using the platform for any activity that violates the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act (FCRA).
